Pradeepa is a dynamic woman entrepreneur, POSH enabler, learning facilitator, women and children empowerment catalyst. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Pradeepa had eight years of rich experience in reputed organizations like Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company, Enmas Group and Malaysia based SMR Group in their IT functions.
Pradeepa has been trained by Govt. Of India empanelled institution on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. She is also empanelled as a Resource Person having expertise on the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 with the Ministry of Women & Child Development – Govt of India. She offers POSH awareness training through public workshops and also to corporate companies.
Pradeepa has been trained by Govt. Of India empanelled institution on Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO).
During her tenure in the corporate world, she was an internal trainer who has provided user level training for various employees, including senior management staff on various IT products/solutions and process training programmes. As a learning facilitator, she has delivered Advanced MS Excel workshops for more than 500 corporate employees and has been involved as a co-facilitator in delivery of various outbound programmes for leading companies. She is the recipient of Best Educational Institution Head Award 2012 by English Language Society of Tamilnadu and Emerging Entrepreneur Award 2019 by Wonderpreneurs forum.
Pradeepa is a Post-Graduate in Computer applications from Bharathidasan University and has done certifications from reputed academies such as SSI and Tiruchirappalli Regional Engineering College Science and Technology Entrepreneurs Park (TREC-STEP).
